Blurb: have 2 years experience in social work during my other service abroad and worked as a volunteer at a home for multiple handicapped children in Jerusalem, Israel. Currently I am a student of Jewish Studies and Religious Study at the College for Jewish Studies at the University of Heidelberg and therefore gaining experience in several subjects of Jewish Studies while also working as a webmaster and as a member of the University’s Student Council. I grew up in a small town in the center of Germany. I have studied and completed my Abitur, I then lived and worked as a volunteer in Israel for a year. After finishing my Other Service abroad I enrolled to study at the University of Erlangen for one year, and then decided to move to Heidelberg in order to specialize in Jewish Studies. I am currently focusing on Jewish Literature, Talmud, Bible studies, Jewish Art, Jewish history and Jewish philosophy. I plan to attend a student year at an Israeli University and then specialize in Jewish/ Israeli history and Jewish/ Israeli literature.
